The BG Foundation Repair Solution
We will inject the space with a solution of closed-cell polymer resin, then seal it with hydraulic cement. The resin is a hydrophobic material, specifically designed for this application. It is water-activated, which means that even if the leak is active, we can get it to stop. The hydraulic cement acts as a barrier to keep our material expanding upwards and outwards, filling the entire void space.
Did You Know?
Tie rod holes are typically formed during the construction of a foundation wall. Smooth steel rods, known as tie rods, are placed within the concrete forms to hold them together and prevent bulging from the weight of the wet concrete.
