FLOOR-WALL SEAMS
A floor-wall seam is the joint where a floor and wall meet. It's also known as a cove joint or interface joint. Water can seep into basements through floor-wall seams, especially if the concrete floor shrinks over time. This can lead to mold, musty odors, and wet floors.

The BG Foundation Repair Solution
We will inject the cove joint with a solution of closed-cell polymer resin. The resin is a hydrophobic material, specifically designed for this application. It is water-activated, which means that even if the leak is active, we can get it to stop.
If your home does not have a cove joint due to no footing, we have other solutions as well.
